What are the reception's business hours? Tue–Fri: 7:00 a.m.–10:00 p.m. Sat–Mon and on holidays: 7:30 a.m.–10:00 p.m.
When can I check in? Check-in is available daily from 3:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. If you plan to arrive after 10:00 p.m., please call us. We will provide you with a personal access code for our key box. Note: From November through March, there may be occasional check-ins using the access code on Sundays after 3:30 p.m. We will notify you in advance.
What time do I have to check out by? Check-out is available until 11:00 a.m.
Are the rooms cleaned daily? Rooms are not cleaned daily. If you would like additional cleaning service, please feel free to contact us at the front desk.
Breakfast & Dining
Is breakfast included in the room rate? Breakfast is not automatically included in the room rate. Depending on the rate you booked, it may be included or can be added to your reservation on-site. Breakfast hours: Tue–Fri 7:00 a.m.–10:00 a.m. | Sat–Mon 7:30 a.m.–11:00 a.m.
Is there a restaurant at the hotel? The Parkhotel Sonnenberg does not have its own restaurant. Our bistro with bar is open daily from 10:00 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. and serves drinks and light meals from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.

Is the sauna free to use? Yes, our sauna area—which includes a Finnish sauna, a bio sauna, and an infrared cabin—is available to all hotel guests free of charge. It is turned on as needed.
Is there free Wi-Fi? Yes, free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel—in all rooms and public areas.
Are there parking spaces at the hotel? Yes, free parking is available right next to the building—subject to availability.
Is there a charging station for electric vehicles? There is an electric car charging station very close to the hotel, about 100 meters away.
Is there a place to park bicycles safely? Yes, a locked bike shed with electrical outlets is available free of charge.

Are pets allowed? No, unfortunately pets are not allowed at the hotel.
Is the hotel smoke-free? Yes, the Parkhotel Sonnenberg is a smoke-free hotel. Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the building—however, it is allowed on your own balcony.
